    As a Nerds On Site area developer, you will be focused on growing a team of Nerds in your area, network with other professionals, developing your business, and so much more. Becoming an area developer is more than taking a new step in your career; it’s joining a community of individuals who work together to solve problems and development strategic solutions.

  • What kinds of training and support will Nerds On Site provide?

    We have a ninety-day training program, two weeks of which take place in Florida where our leadership team is located.

  • What kind of support can I expect to receive after the franchise is up and running?

    Not only do we have an initial plunge plan (sparks for 90 days, postcards, SEM, IT college reach-out, etc.), but you’ll also receive ongoing, real-time access to the leadership team, team support, monthly meetings, ground and digital marketing, IAAN transparency (verticals, best practice), and Managed By Nerds remote support, just to name a few. There is also our twelve-week quick start for new Nerds, as well as training and ongoing support.
