Soon, Nerds On Site grew into the SOHO (small office, home office) space, and finally into the SME (small-to-medium enterprise) space, which is where we have come to focus our services and business model. Nerds On Site’s team-based approach to helping SMEs fully leverage technology has created a thriving business in a busy technological world.
As Nerds On Site grew, we formalized our central business systems and built out our brand. First, we grew our business across Canada, and then country-by-country. Currently, Nerds On Site has business operations in 10+ countries, including South Africa, UK, Australia, Bolivia, and Mexico.
As we continue to grow, we continue to improve our business model and operations to better meet not only our customers’ needs and the ever-increasing demands of the market, but also those of our area developer franchisees, teams of Nerds, and other members of our family. For example, our eNerd mobile app, NerdCare Build and Sales tool, and our University or Nerdology make it easy for our area development franchisees to build and train a team of Nerds who are then able to offer satisfying solutions to our clients.
